Shipping policy
Overview
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review this policy for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Processing occurs on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is the sum of both.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to domestic addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate shipping fee on all orders. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer standard shipping only. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to the processing period:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
At this time, we do not provide order tracking. If you have concerns about the status of your delivery, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
